Conference Registration Fee

All conference participants must pay the registration fee. For each paper/poster, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee. Please see registration deadlines and payment instructions below.

The conference registration fee for all on-campus participants is USD 100. 

(Mongolian participants can transfer by tugrik)

Conference registration fee includes:

• Admission to plenary and parallel sessions
• Access to exhibition and poster viewing
• Abstract book
• All official Conference materials
• Conference lunch and dinner
• A one-day tour of Ulaanbaatar city and nearby areas

Online participation

For online participation, a registration fee of USD 40 will be charged.

Publication

Full papers that meet the requirements for publication will be included in the special issue of the journal “Lavai - International Journal of Education” https://mongoliajol.info/index.php/Lavai.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the case of non-attendance, the registration fee will not be refunded.
